Membership Status Change
An active ASET member who has recently become unemployed or is retiring from active practice, may apply for a change in the status of their membership. This membership status has a reduced rate for membership dues (refer to Membership Renewal page of “Maintaining Your Membership” for most up to date rates) and exemption from Continuing Professional Development during the timeframe they are unemployed or retired. To apply, please click on the button below.
An unemployed or retired ASET member who has found employment or is returning to work from retirement, will need to fill out the membership status change form for “Return To Active Practice” and resubmit the form. Please note, when returning to active practice, the member will also need to pay the remaining dues for the membership year that they return to work, as well as complete Continuing Professional Development within one year.
An active ASET member who wishes to cancel or resign their membership in good standing, can also do so using the membership status change form in the link below.
