Online Refund Policy

In the event of an error with your online transaction ASET will honour your request for a refund provided an official notification is made within 48 hours of your payment.

Please contact ASET's Accounting Assistant or call (780) 969-3566. Include your ASET member number, name, telephone number and the date and amount of your transaction. Refunds will be made on the same credit card as the payment.

There are no refunds on exam fees, course materials or supplies.
