ASET Mentoring Partnership
Internationally-Trained Professionals
If you are an internationally-trained professional currently employed in your field in Alberta you may apply for mentoring support via the ASET Mentoring Program.
To qualify for mentoring with ASET, the mentee must:
- Be an ASET Technologist/Technician-in-Training or Associate Member in good standing
- Be employed in their area of expertise
- Commit the time to work towards a successful mentoring relationship
Junior ASET Members
Junior ASET members seeking in-depth career development advice and support may participate in a mentoring partnership with a senior technology professional.
How to Apply
Interested internationally-trained professionals may apply by completing and submitting the ITP Mentee Application Form and a $25.00 administration fee.
Junior ASET members may apply by completing and submitting the Junior Member Application Form and a $25.00 administration fee.
All applications are screened and assessed by ASET prior to acceptance into the program.
Once accepted into the ASET Mentoring Program, the mentee will be matched with a suitable mentor based on their discipline, geography, and needs.
