Special Guest Speaker: Lori-Ann Muenzer
“Good to Gold: Achieving a Gold Medal Mind”
Lori-Ann Muenzer knew she was a good cyclist. She was fast, lean and hungry to win. She had 18 years of training going into those final three laps. But yet, being good didn’t guarantee her gold. Achieving a gold medal mind is a process. Athletes and elite performers like Lori-Ann know that even if the body is willing and able, but the mind, spirit and plan are not aligned the finish line will remain out of reach. In Lori-Ann’s “Good to Gold! Achieving a Gold Medal Mind” keynote, Lori-Ann reveals the strategies she used to achieve her Olympic gold medal. She shares how to Get On Track and Stay On Track, even when faced with unexpected challenges and adversity.
Lori-Ann speaks at the ASET Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, Saturday, March 27, 2010.
