2025 ASET Annual General Meeting

We are excited to invite you to the 2025 ASET AGM taking place on 25-26 April 2025, at the Westin Hotel in Edmonton, Alberta.

ASET remains committed to representing the engineering technology profession and safeguarding the public. Your continued support and dedication are the cornerstones of our success. This year’s AGM is not just a meeting – it’s a celebration of our collective achievements and an opportunity to shape the future of our profession.

Leading up to the AGM on Saturday, 25 April, we have a variety of presentations and networking opportunities to offer. The schedule is as follows:

Friday, 25 April 2025

9:00 — 3:00 p.m.	Events Registration
5:00 — 6:00 p.m.	President’s Welcome Reception
6:00 — 10:30 p.m.	ASET Awards & Volunteer Appreciation Dinner*

*Dress code is black tie - dark suit or tuxedo; no jeans please.

Saturday, 26 April 2025

9:00 — 10:00 a.m.	Registration & Breakfast
10:00 — 12:00 p.m.  (end time is approximate)	Annual General Meeting
12:00 — 2:00 p.m.	Closing AGM Luncheon

 

Accommodations:
A preferred room rate of $179.00 + taxes per night (traditional room, based on double occupancy) is available for AGM attendees. All registrants of the Annual General Meeting and AGM-related events (i.e., Awards Dinner) staying at The Westin Edmonton will be required to request a reservation through the PheedLoop registration page before end of day Thursday, 20 March 2025. 

ASET will follow up to confirm if any portion of your stay will be covered by the association. Any changes can be made through the hotel’s reservations team after confirmation.
